IN CONCLUSION, THE ISSUE HERE IS IT LOOKS BAD TO THE PUBLIC & MARKET THAT WHAT APPEARS TO BE A FAMILY RELATIVE OF THE CHAIRMAN HAS LODGED A REQUIRED FORM FOUR MONTHS LATE
