Its either a mistake (purchase not a sale) ,or, more likely despite the purchase they have been diluted to below 5% by the recent placement. WIth them being just over 5% prior, quite easy to slip under again.
Normally, these notices do explain the dilution effect, but probably not mandatory to do that so long as you detail your own transactions.
