Here’s the maths if anyone is interested. Previous Substantial Holder notice dated 16 June 2020 detailed First Sentier with a 5.1% shareholding (6.5m shares out of the then total shares of 127.5m). AQZ issued 31.1m shares in the placement, with First Sentier purchasing 1.356m shares to give them a total of 7.856m shares out of the increased total issued capital now of 158.6m shares. This reduced their percentage holding to 4.95%.
