    L1 didn't park there money into this stock.. They recieved free stock in exchange for giving the company debt (which the company has to pay back). Now they are selling that stock, and likely out of fear of not getting paid back the debt (opinion only mod's wink.png...). By my count they still have 8m shares to go.
