By selling just a very small portion of his overall holding KB is able to avoid being a substantial shareholder, which means he doesn't have to inform the market of what he is doing with his holdings. Smart, in my opinion.
Meanwhile, noticed that 5,000,000 DXNOD were converted yesterday. That's a bullish move that in my opinion should more than counter any negative sentiment of participants on this site from the move of KB to wish to sit below substantial.
