There seems to still be some writing going on the Form 605 (ceasing to be substantial shareholder) filed by Newgate yesterday.
Note, I have been informed that Newgate ceased to be shareholders a few months ago - making the filing yesterday incorrect.
I believe a (larger than Newgate) institution was the party who exercised some DXNODs last week and also that another institution has built a very substantial position in DXNODs over the last few weeks.
There seems to still be some writing going on the Form 605...
