    To add to that - it was a fully underwritten sale with a guaranteed floor price of $5.25/share, Citigroup were just acting as the vendor. Looking at both announcements all shares were succesfully sold (technically at a 7% premium to today's closing price). This should act as the new support/consolidation zone (can't imagine the new investors who participated want to see their money disappear).
