yes, seems like the form isnt filled out completely. they've jsut said see appendix a for trades, but not declared holding % as required. surprised ASX let it pass.
also, an insider clearly selling shares, not for a profit... could be worth watching, though you never know why - but im less concerned when something runs up and people take profit, but when they're selling at a loss its usually a warning sign.
