Funds use multiple prime brokers and have to move positions constantly. This is all Regal.IMHO. They are just adjusting portfolios. It looks like a borrow and a lend as it makes it simple.

Thanks i try to dig more information relating to regal but cant find any.
i know the fact they do pump some stocks up a lot once they took a position. They havent done with LPI. I am just annoyed volume is so thin. They sold 100 to bring down 15.5c. Man..
