I was specifically asking to elaborate on this in the post

@dontfollowme, I just don't understand the comment. If they were buying back to return the borrowed stock then how is that supposed to end the supression...and most importantly what supression in this case if they were buying back.

@Kaufbeuren, if they were just selling it makes sense, it could either end the selling pressure or trigger selling by retail based on the announcement
