Take note of this statement... "The personal direct interests of the Company's Directors have not changed" and "the Directors of the Fund recently appointed an independent Investment Manager to manage the portfolio of the Fund, including the buying and selling of positions."
Meaning the sell down was not from a lack of Trust from directors. Lucerne decided to sell and cash in their profits.
