The only reason Nania was appointed to the Board was because of Lucerne's significant interest in CXZ. Now that they have sold out, hopefully he departs so they can refresh the Board with better talent.
Lucerne's exit is good news for CXZ.
They now need to find a suitably experienced SaaS and Automotive CEO who will stick around long enough to see through these long-lead-time auto sales opportunities.
