    NO not really - correct to about 5% - if there are markets for grain we (oz grain farmers) tend to sell into them-so GNC gets the grain through their export facilities - they mainly handle winter crop for other exporters also (might do more in barley than wheat themselves I think) , so that makes your point even less relevant. If there is a big crop which appears likely, most grain will be exported.

    Also wheat is not too bad a price on the average -see below
