Essentially they are a hedge fund that, for whatever reason, has to book some fairly big profit and cash out.
I am more interested in forthcoming announcements about who might have purchased some or all of this stake.
While it’s not the $5 or $10 that we are all hoping for, a $100 million stake at $4.05 shows some pretty solid conviction.
I’m hanging on for bigger and better things.
