I found this info regarding change of substantial holder:
"Obligation to report threshold crossings. The obligation to report threshold crossings derives from Part 6C.1 of the Corporations Act 2001. Section 671B(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 obliges a person who obtains a “substantial holding” (5%) in a listed public company to disclose the interest to the company within two days of acquiring the interest and serve a copy of the disclosure on the relevant market operator (generally the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX))."
2 days is until 6:50pm tonight! So there is still a chance there will be a new (and hopefully well known) holder about to be announced. For all the shares bought at or around $5.70 might turn out to be a bloody good buy I've if this is the case because it will send the sp up up and away on Monday if indeed this news does happen by 6:50pm tonight. IMO dyor gltah
