Yes agree that 55 mil transaction was the WBC shares on the settlement date the 26th. The rest is UBS horse trading (note large lending volume to short sell). Interestingly, according to ASIC, the notice of substantial holding must given within 2 business days. I may have my wires crossed but if UBS on-sold the WBC shares on the 26th then ....
RG 5.304 Where the listed entity is not the subject of a takeover bid, the substantial holding notice must be given within two business days of:
(a)the person becoming, or ceasing to be, a substantial holder in the listed entity; or
(b)a movement of at least 1% in the person’s substantial holding in the listed entity
