I'd go out and speculate that there will be no cap raise in the next 6 months. A quarter of the fund is still in cash, i hope they deploy that first and show their selection process etc before asking for more. And then there's the discount issue as well noted above, i hope they wait for it to close so as not to dilute existing holders.
