The 0.0235c vendor shares that went to a handful before the IPO, was about 23m or so that are escrow for a 24 month period. Have a look through the prospectus on page 64.
Still seems like someone is still selling so just frustrating it's at a time when the company has no news - well to be fair we haven't had news in that long people are losing faith in management no doubt - so put those both together can understand why we are where we are.
No point putting out milestone targets and then just letting them float by like they don't matter.
