Yep, I was looking at DEG at the time, but they had so many sharers on issue, which I never like. There is always selling pressure when you have too many shares out there. CHN has done brilliantly by raising then raising again, its a bit like DEG did this year as well. I was critical they didn't raise more the first time around. In hindsight they were right I was wrong.
