yes agree - however depending on the amount of scratch it could be just an itch or something bigger! and then you have the timing thing for returns - we could be potentially talking years away yet.
hopefully something bigger but with ACR any news is big news these days.
i would just like to see how the profit shares are calculated and some time frame for income projections before getting excited - surely not a big ask!
