On what basis? They are a long term value investor. One of the inherent traits of buying out of favour stocks is that you will often purchase too early plus it’s difficult to pick the bottom. These fund managers rely on making these types of investment to generate alpha and im confident that they they have confidence in the 5-7 year business plan of ACR otherwise they wouldn’t have invested, no different to my view.
