At the Acrux AGM (which is available on the website), they state they can't give details of profit share arrangements due to confidentiality and the partners not allowing them to.
however, they have given an example in past presentations (Solgen was the company).
Agree $25m is not a massive market share to address, but it's about adding the number of generics for sale across various products that will ultimately increase the profit numbers.
