Please stop posting information that is 100% incorrect and which can be very easily verified as such.

The founders are also both directors of Afterpay. ASX listing rules require that if a company director buys or sells shares in the company in which they are a director, they are required to lodged a change of directors interest form with the ASX. This form notes the number of shares which have been bought or sold and the shareholding balance prior to and after the transaction in question. Afterpay's founders have sold shares on 3 occasions - in May 2018 at $6.94, in June 2019 at $23 and in July 2020 at $66. On all of these occasions the required notices were lodged with the ASX and the movement in their shareholdings can be very easily reconciled through these notices. Afterpay's SP fell from $40 to $8 in February/March 2020 which clearly doesn't remotely correspond with the times the founders actually sold shares.

If you have some proof that the founders sold shares and contravened ASX listing rules by not informing the market please provide it, otherwise please acknowledge your error and move on.
