BLG updated the market in June last year that a previously executed share sale agreement between SPP and Lanstead Capital had been terminated. The inference being that SPP wanted to hang on to their shares.
This notice would indicate that SPP have had a recent change of mind, somewhat. Note they have only resumed selling since 8/1/2021, so it may just be a reduction in their holding.
I would think this sale/reduction of their holding would have very little to do with BLG's progress, or otherwise, with Laser Diodes.
Let's wait and see. Time will tell.
