Well, this is the glen white super fund. I can't see Glens activity but he may be shuffling the deck after a solid career. - In Jun 20 White Vals held 10m and 6.4% - Dec 20 Sold down to 8.9m and 5.74% - Ann today shows sold down a further 1.6m to get to 4.7% Nothing major going on really. The numbers are fairly small in $ terms. Optically doesn't look great however. Interested now to see updated top 20. See who's accumulated amongst the 35m shares traded over last 12 mths and to see if we have some new top 20 entrants.
Glen is not a director hence the lack of directors interest notice.
My general take (unless I can learn more) is that Glen may not be on the bus so to speak and had set a sell to move on with life as the business heads off on a fresh start with new, younger management.
