clee capital was the lead manager. CS is just a nominee company holding shares for numerous sophisticated investors. The initial substantial shareholder notice shows CS has been acquiring shares since October. I haven't seen any suggestion CS was involved in the cap raise. what have I missed? why all the fuss?
