Since they only sold just over a million shares in just under two weeks, at this rate they will still be sellers in September. Long time to wait. I don't know any institution that only has one broker so they could chop and change a bit. A mill or two here, pick up some there and flog those a bit later on through another broker. It happens all the time. Better to ignore all that noise in my view.
