Ceased to be a substantial holder on 29/1.
Previous notice for becoming a substantial holder was AFTER this date on 10/2 dated 29/1
How fn convenient
Now we know 2 things:
- who has been selling
- that despite what we were told in January the decision not to drill Ecuador was made earlier. Sprott was no doubt in it for that and not Canada. They are a Disallowed or don't bother investor.
Perhaps they felt ripped off being told one thing in December to get their cash for the Canadian placement and it changing withing a few weeks?
BB resigning a few days after the selling is also telling. To me it seems clear this wasn't what he wanted to do.
Is management deliberately trying to burn bridges?
