the devils in the details “strong commitment” is not legally binding. it is just a strong indication the capital raise will go through not a guarantee. so no need for asic or asx to investigate.
As far as wealth destruction it’s a stock market you inherently take risk on from purchasing shares which by the way nobody held a gun to your head and said you have to buy credit intelligence or in your case read about it. No point in getting emotional and spiteful of management you can just park your money and time elsewhere .
