So Jimmie gifts 100M shares to his wife in February 2021.
Then she sells 29M shares for $1.2M in March 2021.
How is this not included in the directors interests? How is she not an insider? She is employed by the company (see annual report). Also the son is on the payroll.
I wonder exactly what date she sold? Each trade and dates etc is meant to be included.
Alarm bells shareholders.
