you should be asking these questions well before putting your money on the line. it'll end badly for inexperienced investors. especially this frenzied part of the cycle

CS they buy and sell on behalf of their private clients, who are probably trading with each other as well. it virtually means jack all. the only time these sorts of notices are valuable is when it's a cornerstone investor buying up or selling down.

this stock is a currently retail cesspool, so it doesn't mean much.

however with that said, the notice can be price sensitive so long as many people interpret it to be. in this case it appears bearish, so some people will be inclined to sell.

personally I think this is dip will be temporary subject to US tech markets holding up. I reentered a tiny position now to keep me interested, having sold my large holding last week in the run up.
