This is what happens when you employ a management team that literally do nothing than re-release information that was completed in 2012 as part of a BFS in a different environment - unfortunately they have blown the market cap out - without adding any value - 2017 merger/takeover offer at 17cps valued the company at $38M the reason this is not funded is because of the Board and management - not the project
