I’m not sure that they are doing a large scale sell down of their overall holdings. It looks to me (from the detail in the appendix) like 1 or 2 of the separately managed client accounts (SMAs) have sold or have left the stewardship of Greig. I am of the understanding their overall SMH holding is not it one fund run by Greig rather individual holdings across client SMAs which in aggregate amounted to greater than 5% shareholding in Shriro.
