We probably won't be seeing a significant holder notice as RGF Land only selling 130,000,000 of its 188,554,719 shares held represented slightly less than 5% of the shares on issue which means we will not find out who the recipient was unless of course it is an existing holder with 1% or more of shares.

Is the buyer / transferee purposely trying to stay under the radar until the next annual report is released?

Interesting that subsequent to this the company announces a placement of 60million shares.
