No idea if they are. My only thought is that if they were they would not be making it so obvious. Probably with this large parcel it is maybe just as simple as make some good money, bank the money and see where to put that money to work next. My view is that when an investment or a price of something is so cheap and a sure thing people early on keep things very tight and very quiet. When they have made good money or think it has run its course then time to talk it up, milk it to anyone that wants to listen. But at the end of the day I have no idea to your question PerSeus123.
