I noticed Morgan Stanley's recent substantial notice on 13 May 2021 showed shares held as approximately 38 million shares. But 14,116, 890 of those shares had been borrowed with full ownership rights, (Page 2 of the notice from memory) so one of our large shareholders could be shorting us.

Worse than that they are not really a substantial shareholder given half their holding is borrowed shares.

When you look at UBS return page dated 20 May 2021, highlighted by h00ts, they have returned substantial numbers of shares described as "stock returned". So UBS could be shorting us.

How can a small retail investor have any influence when our main shareholders are possibly impacting the share prices for their own benefit.

So we get this typical shorting, covering, permitted share price increase (DCB often on a Friday as a false vote of confidence) followed by a shorting and covering cycle again.

Given MS has 14 million borrowed shares hang on to your hats.

But I still think A2 will come through all of this. One substantial positive report will see accumulation.

Any way that's the way my simple brain interprets all this stuff. Any clarifying comments would be great.
