If you comapre it to the ceasing to be substational holding for Credit Sussie you see they have details for nature of change "Disposed on market". There is no such mention of that for Yandal Investments.

Could have been Yandal had 5.54% holdings of company and Yandal investments took 5% of the latest Capital raise... maybe with the additional shares they just dropped under 5% total hence the substatinal change notice.

I still beleive Yandal investments hold very close to 5% of company and still nice to see they took 5% of the captial raise.
