Mark Creasy has just put another $200000 into the company. He also put money in last year .
He has not taken any money out.
$300000 for a total of over 22 million shares additional to his existing holdings . ** He did NOT sell any shares.
Now he has fallen out of substantial holder level - ie . due to dilution , progressively , from these two last cap raises . But he has held a long time.
Usually Mr Creasy is more dominant in WA I thought . He owns significantly in Helix . Just under 5% of the company obviously. And he did participate in each HLX capital raise ongoing ! A cap raise this time extremely heavily bid for and the small amount of capital they chose to take up to really sure up an exciting exploration campaign ongoing through this year now- was all settled within 15 minutes! (15 minutes from when the cap raise officially opened for consideration. ) Bidders including existing shareholders had to be ready and organised and I’m sure also could have been easily settled for less shares as so many new and old investors wanted them .
There is no problem.
