At 62% Fe price of USD $120/ton, NPV10 would be AUD $6.2bil.
At current price of around USD $190-$200/ton, NPV10 = $12.6bil.
Discount rate is 10% (finance cost). Almost all mining projects nowaday use standard 8% discount rate. I will uodate NPV using 8% some time later. NPV8 will be higher.
@Furnaces is right. In an interview about 5 weeks ago, Bryan said "At current IO price, NPV is around $7.2bil".
