I certainly hope so and off course there are more options outside of Mitsui.
I don't think they would have any chance to do this as of yet since the JV issue has only just been sorted. While this was going on their negotiating position would have been poor, not to mention they had a MC of under 15M so most bigger companies would not have been interested. That should hopefully change now.
