I’m not across the rules of buybacks but this looks like a place to start looking. They clearly want out and the company should know that. They have plenty of cash. Time for the company the push the foot off the throat instead of, well, what they are doing. Testing off the charts in Vic and with scares now in NSW and WA, probably a good time to manage the Regal sell down a bit better.
