Remember this. We now have over 80M shares brought above 19 cents and no higher than 29 cents. Not the same situation when they were brought in the last round peaking at 80 cents. The base is set on an undervalued SP not like the last overpriced base. 28 cents is the most reasonable price valuation......before the FDA announcement. Now that dumb and dumber have left the room some sanity may return to the trading floor.
