Because he's [most likely] a paid downramper. He was doing the same thing on the BRN thread when that was at 20 cents and disappeared when it broke out.
He seems to be working in a group on this thread to create negative sentiment.
Don't take his words to heart. I suspect the BRN pattern will repeat here in the near term.
