Re "the individuals can now purchase more cvn stock and yes fly under the radar"
There are 11 separate entities. They can each purchase I think up to 4.9% without announcing his/her intention and at the last minute, combine together and do a TO even.
But the fact that they wanted a board member means that they are serious about CVN, so I agree that whatever they are up to is probably good news for CVN.
