    I don't understand this.

    On day 1 (26/7), Norges Bank became a substantial holder, then on day2 (27/7), it ceasing to be a substantial holder. What are they doing? and Why are they doing this?

    This has occurred on other stocks as well. Larger players buy and sell substantial amount (over 5%) of shares in two or three days.
