Me too, hence my statement: "Of course, a royalty agreement of say 20% of all gold sales would probably be a far better deal for FNT, however, FNT would only get paid when their gold ore is actually being mined and processed at ML104, which could take a couple of years."
Selling out now is a bit like the old saying "a bird in the hand, is worth two in the bush". At the end of the day however, it will all depend on how lucrative the offer is (if an offer is made at all?).
