agm all about the officers

WHAT ABOUT THE SHARE HOLDERS? Yea we will just dilute their investment by placing more shares out there.

I will be voting no to resolution 7,8.& 9. They say this is for insentive.

Telford has 20,000,000 shares so that should be insentive enough + gets a salary.

Chisolm has shares so again that should be insentive enough + gets paid.

Dounlop, well he dosn't even own a share, just goes to show how much he believes in it, is on the board, gets around $60,000 a year to attend 11 board meetings, so IMO if he believes in it he should go and buy his own shares just like i did.More importantly one would think that if finance was in the bag he would be buying up big time at these prices.

I will also be voting no to this.... Listing Rule 7.4, in order to allow the Company to have the right to place up to a further 15% of its issued capital at any time during the next 12 months.We have just witnessed what it did with the share price when 15% was given away just recently @ 2.5p.
This in IMO is only to shore up money to further pay for their wages incase they don't get finance.This is all about them and not us.

Resolution 8: Approval of Grant of Officer Options to Dr John M Chisholm or His Nominee
Directors be authorised to grant to Dr John Chisholm or his nominee 3,000,000 Officer Options for no consideration, each Option having an 4
exercise price of 15 cents and an expiry date of 31 May 2012

Resolution 9: Approval authorised to grant to Mr John Dunlop or his nominee 2,000,000 Officer Options for no consideration, each Option having an exercise price of 15 cents and an expiry date of 31 May 2012.
