    My personal view is that he is probably lowering risk by selling a portion and diversifying.
    Andrew is not silly. He will take profit when it's on hand which is not unwise.
    There are many technical reasons why .23 was a reasonable exit point for now.
    Remember - you don't go broke taking profits.
