This company is an absolute bargain.

Given Perennial's selling at a 50%++ loss and managements inability to communicate to the market (lack of care about the share price), investors/ traders are able to buy shares in the company at 'fire sale' prices today.

The technology really speaks for itself, winning multiple industry awards and patents.

AL3's contract pipeline is impressive, with Boeing, AddiveNow, 3DPC Propeller, Thyssenkrupp & Wilhelmsen, and ASC Shipbuilding to mention some massive names in the mining, shipping and aerospace industries,

But, in our opinion, the most attractive potential deal is Lightforce body armour contract.

    • 29 July 2020: Phase One testing of next-generation customised personal body armour with Lightforce Australia completed successfully.
    • 7 Dec 2020: AML3D enters Stage 2 with Lightforce in the development of next-generation, ‘made-to-fit’ titanium body armour. This point is significant: "The purchase order to produce the Stage 2 prototypes to provide to Lightforce for testing is valued at $50k+GST..."
    • Aug 18 2021: AML3D Limited announced that an extension to the Stage 2 trials announced in December 2020 has been agreed with Lightforce Australia Pty Ltd. "Results of the first phase of the Stage 2 testing scope have identified additional opportunities" across the ballistics range and testing plate parameters. Once the full range of detailed testing is completed and assessed, Lightforce will be focused on the commercialisation and business opportunities for the product range.

Reading between the lines: this lightforce body armour deal looks like its done and dusted. Lightforce just wants to know how many products to order and how much to buy...

Doing the maths, the body armour prototype for testing was valued at $50k+GST.

Indeed, this is just one prototype!

Lightforce is a developer and manufacturer of defence solutions, with operations across Australia and the United States. What if it orders, say, 1,000 products at $50k+GST.

    That's a $50M opportunity right there.

We're not surprised why management doesn't communicate with the market. It seems 'quietly confident' that AL3 will be worth more than $1 per share, if this Lightforce deal goes ahead. Andy Sales commented on 18 August 2021, "This latest development follows a strong year for AML3D as we move from early-stage development of our business model to a company with sustainable and material revenue growth".

The bottom line: this 'fire sale' prices won't be around forever.
