This time last year Nero resources aggressively tried to put their own man, Douglas Jendry, on the CVN board. At the time I noted that they'd previously done the same for a gold mining company, Capricorn, in 2019. At that time, with just 5.5% of the company, they got rid of Debra Bakker (of CVN fame), and a couple of other directors, replacing them with Tim Kestrall and Douglas Jendry. Then a few months later in 2019, they appointed a new CEO, COO and General manager, at which time Douglas Jendry et al resigned as non-executive directors from that company.

My reading of all this is that Nero Resources aren't friends with the current CVN team.
